REF TI: Technical Instructor
We are looking for talented engineers that are qualified to pursue and achieve accreditation as certified instructors and undertake the delivery of education engagements (courses) in any of the following areas:

·        VMware virtualization and automation (vSphere, vCenter, Zimbra etc)

·        Cloud infrastructure architecting and operations

·        Red Hat technologies (Linux OS administration and KVM virtualization)

·        Symantec availabilty and security technologies

·        Microsoft HyperV and System Center

·        EMC, HP and IBM enterprise products and technologies

Desired skills and experience:

University level education and degree(s), relevant professional qualifications, skills and field (hands-on) experience in any of the focus areas will be considered in the applicant evaluation process. Fluency in the English language is essential. Ability and willingness to travel abroad is a plus.

REF PMM: Product Marketing Manager - Cloud Services
The Product Marketing Manager for Cloud Services will drive the following efforts for our cloud business (www.bronet.eu): Cloud services product positioning and messaging; develop near-term and long-term business model for cloud services; devise packaging and pricing strategy for cloud services offerings; market opportunity analysis; product definition and positioning; competitive positioning relative to other players in the cloud market; develop channel strategy and execution. Capabilities & Background Required:  Ability to understand, communicate and drive the vision, market perspective, strategy, product marketing, go-to-market approach and business modeling; ability to engage directly with key audiences, both internal and external: channel/customer/supplier/prod mngmt/prof services/marketing/engineering;  5+ years experience in one or more of: product Marketing, product Management, general management in service provider of SaaS or PaaS or App Infrastructure or Cloud Computing or distributed infrastructure. Proven ability to drive product marketing effort for a major new product line, from a strategic and tactical perspective, Strong technical background and hands-on experience with service provision a plus. 

REF MSS-PS: Account Manager, Public Sector
Our sales people are highly motivated individuals capable of dealing with senior levels of client business and information systems management executives. They focus on the client's business problems and provide solutions to address these effectively. They are experienced in the IT industry and understand the trends and directions of technology at a business level; they can also work effectively as part of a team to win a customer and/or a major project. Specific requirements for this position include: University-level degree, good command of the English and Greek language, 5+ years of sales/account management experience in a solutions-oriented IT company, preferably addressing needs of the public sector.

Our sales people are highly motivated individuals capable of dealing with senior levels of client business and information systems management executives. They focus on the client's business problems and design solutions to address these effectively. Our IT consultants are highly skilled in their field and continuously strive to enhance their knowledge and level of expertise. They engage and work closely with clients to define strategic IT directions, to deliver technical architectures and functional systems that provide concrete business value. They are engaged in architecting and development of state-of-the-art data centers, server and storage optimization strategies, delivery of effective IT service management systems that slash operational costs, increase business agility and enhance IT security. We are seeking individuals with proven expertise in one or more key IT areas such as virtualization, cloud architecting, IT automation, ITSM consulting/delivery, IT security, strong user authentication, SSO (RSA SecurID, KEON, HP OV Select Access) and Compliance,  Business Intelligence, storage and information availability management, enterprise backup and recovery (NetBackup, IBM TSM, EMC Networker, HP OV Data Protector), data replication and systems/services management (HP OpenView, Tivoli, BMC, VMware).

REF MTS-TS: Member of the Technical Staff, Technology Services

REF TSE: Technical Support Engineers
Candidates should have 2+ years of technical experience in the IT market preferably as a systems administrator, with a focus of OS internals, storage management, networking and centralized backup/recovery. Should be able to provide support services for networking products, servers (physical and virtual) running Windows or Linux/Unix, storage networks and centralized backup systems. A good knowledge of networking/routing concepts, OS fundamentals, C & shell programming are required;  knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, file systems, memory & volume management will be considered a plus.

REF PM: Project Manager 

The role of the PM is to scope, plan and deliver projects and initiatives, meet specified business needs, control resources from several areas and achieve agreed cost, time and quality objectives. Candidate will have the overall accountability and responsibility for the progress and successful delivery of several key projects.

The PM will be responsible for:

·        Defining the project brief and setting client expectations in respect of deliverables, plans and management of the project.

·        Establishing an appropriate project governance structure, in line with PT project methodology and quality standards.

·        Developing estimates of resources, costs and durations; based on these, creating the project schedule and securing necessary resources;  developing the project plan and schedule according to the project brief; agreeing all plans with the relevant stakeholders.

·        Managing, maintaining and tracking the overall project plan, controls, budget and work assignments.

·        Reporting project status (schedule, cost, risk, issues etc) to the various stakeholders on a regular basis.

·        Managing project risks and issues; engaging all team members and initiating corrective/preventive actions.

·        Performing comparisons of estimated and actual costs and timely financial reporting; handling change requests.

·        Facilitating the project evaluation and obtaining customer approval and acceptance, documented within the project report.

·        Building productive working relationships with team members and maintaining cohesion; optimally assigning tasks; organising, leading, and motivating team members.

·        Ensuring that project processes are followed and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner, providing out of hours coverage when necessary.

Candidate profile  & requirements:
• At least 5 years experience in Project Management with emphasis on managing complex IT projects
• University degree in Informantion Technology, Engineering or Business
• Customer orientation and willingness to do the utmost to deliver on time and within budget
• Team player, can-do mentality, with strong organizational, problem solving and management skills
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Dynamic personality, with ability to lead project teams and gain/command respect
• Advanced analytical skills, experience with Microsoft Project
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages
• Prince2 or equivalent certification will be considered an asset
