Performance BSM/ITSM Business Unit primary scope has been supporting and developing of BSM/ITSM projects in telco & enterprise customers, but it has quickly evolved to cover a broad spectrum of solutions and services of BSM/ITSM solutions. Through established partnerships, long-term project engagements in high profile customers and continuous investments in skilled professionals, BSM/ITSM undertakes and delivers autonomous projects and at the same time complements Performance infrastructure solutions.

Our mission is to help our customers to fully utilize the potential of infrastructure solutions and services, regardless of their origin and vendors. Rather than focusing on implementing point solutions, we are able to deliver on multi-platform, multi-vendor environments in terms of both integrated products and cross-domain services. Our engagement cycle begins from early conceptual design stages, systems and services architecture, project management, implementation, acceptance and handover, and finally continuous support and consulting, in accordance with industry's best practices (eTOM/ITIL).

BSM/ITSM established partnerships with tier-1 vendors include IBM, HP, Orsyp as well as specialized partnerships with top OSS vendors of the telecommunications software industry.

Our people can cover a broad lifecycle of complex BSM and/or ITSM projects, from initial design to implementation, consulting and support. In doing so, we continually build on expertise and continuous training.
