Following up on the success* of our first “Academy”, we are delighted to announce the second one in less than a year. The second cycle will run for 15 days –from the 8th to the 21st of March, 2022– and will include both physical, as well as real–time virtual training sessions.
Just like with the first Academy, you will (a) get valuable, real–world soft-skills, and modern IT technology training, and (b) will be eligible to receive an IT job offering from Performance.
* We welcomed 13 new colleagues shortly after they “graduated” from the 1st Performance Academy.
You are a young graduate, or senior student, who is passionate about technology, and wishes to lay the foundation for a creative and fulfilling career in IT.
Your degree is from a university or engineering polytechnic institution, and is relevant to information technology, software or computer engineering, and data science.
Finally, you are ready to follow a fast–paced, and condensed 15-day program, and begin working at Performance if you are selected.

Participants in the 2nd Academy will be able to learn about important interpersonal skills (soft skills), current computing foundations (compute, networking, storage, and more), modern software engineering (DevSecOps, automated testing, application monitoring), enterprise workflow and process software, and advanced data analytics and science solutions and techniques.
Applicants should apply at least 20 days before the start of the program, the latest by 20/2/2022
