Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Κιαγιάς, Εκτελεστικό Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Οικονομικός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 18/11/2025 γνωστοποίησή του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 14/11/2025 σε πώληση 450 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 3.240,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,20 ευρώ, και την 17/11/2025 σε πώληση 1.348 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 9.773,52 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,25 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.
