Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Τσαγκάρης, Αντιπρόεδρος – Εκτελεστικό Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Τεχνικός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 18.5.2026 γνωστοποίησή του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 14.5.2026 σε πώληση συνολικά 3.654 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 34.416,20 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 9,42 ευρώ και την 15.5.2026 σε πώληση 300 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 2.811,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 9,37 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.

PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, for the information of the investing public, that Mr. Andreas Tsangaris, Vice-chairman – Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Technology Officer of the Company, pursuant to his notification to the Company dated 5.18.2026, proceeded on 5.14.2026 with the sale of 3,654 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 34,416.20 euros and an average price of 9.42 euros per share and on 5.15.2026 with the sale of 300 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 2,811.00 and an average price of 9.37 euros, for his own account.
