Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Τσαγκάρης, Αντιπρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Διευθυντής Τεχνολογίας της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 14/1/2025 γνωστοποίησή του προς την εταιρεία, προέβη την 13η Ιανουαρίου 2025 σε πώληση 50.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 287.000,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 5,74 ευρώ για ίδιο λογαριασμό.

PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, based on Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, for the information of the investing public, that Mr. Andreas Tsangaris, Vice-president of the Board of Directors and Chief Technology Officer of the Company, according to his notification to the Company dated 14/1/2025, proceeded on January 13, 2025 to sell 50,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 287,000.00 euros at an average price of 5.74 euros for his account.
