Γνωστοποίηση αγοράς ιδίων μετοχών της 1/10/2025

Η εταιρεία «Performance Technologies A.E.» (εφεξής «Εταιρεία») με την παρούσα ανακοίνωση ενημερώνει το επενδυτικό κοινό ότι, σε εφαρμογή της από 31/1/2024 απόφασης του 8^ου θέματος Ημερήσιας Διάταξης της Έκτακτης Γενικής Συνέλευσης των μετόχων της Εταιρείας, όπως εξειδικεύτηκε με την από 1/10/2025 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, την Τετάρτη 1/10/2025 πραγματοποίησε αγορά 2.500 ίδιων μετοχών με μέση τιμή κτήσης 6,22 ευρώ ανά μετοχή, συνολικής αξίας 15.560,00 ευρώ.

Μετά τις προαναφερόμενες αγορές η Εταιρεία κατέχει συνολικά 50.050 ίδιες μετοχές, οι οποίες αντιστοιχούν σε ποσοστό 0,358% του συνόλου των 13.968.683 μετοχών της Εταιρείας ή το 0,355% του νέου συνόλου των 14.101.683 μετοχών της Εταιρείας, μετά την αύξηση του μετοχικού κεφαλαίου που αποφάσισε η Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων της 15/5/2025.

Η ανακοίνωση εκδίδεται σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) αριθ. 596/2004 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 16ης Απριλίου 2014 και τον κατ’ εξουσιοδότηση Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2016/1052 της Επιτροπής της 8ης Μαρτίου 2016.

Own shares’ acquisition announcement of 1/10/2025

“Performance Technologies SA” (or “Company”) informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, as specified by the 1/10/2025 decision of the Board of Directors, on Wednesday 1/10/2025 it acquired 2,500 own shares with an average acquisition price of 6.22 euros per share, with a total value of 15,560.00 euros.

Following the aforementioned acquisition, the Company holds a total of 50,050 own shares, which correspond to 0.358% of the total 13,968,683 shares of the Company, or 0.355% of the new total of 14,101,683 shares of the Company, following the share capital increase approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 15/5/2025.

The announcement was issued under Regulation (EU) no. 596/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on April 16, 2014, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.
