Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Κιαγιάς, Εκτελεστικό Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Οικονομικός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 7/11/2025 γνωστοποίησή του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 6/11/2025 σε πώληση 8.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 60.530,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,57 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.

PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, for the information of the investing public, that Mr. Andreas Kiagias, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, pursuant to his notification to the Company dated 11/7/2025, proceeded on 11/6/2025 with the sale of 8.000 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 60.530,00 euros and an average price of 7.57 euros per share, for his own account.
