Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Τσαγκάρης, Εκτελεστικός Αντιπρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Διευθυντής Τεχνολογίας της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 18/12/2025 γνωστοποίησή του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 17/12/2025 σε πώληση 50.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 410.000,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 8,20 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.
