Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Κιαγιάς, Εκτελεστικό Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Οικονομικός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με την από 27/1/2026 γνωστοποίησή του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 27/1/2026 σε πώληση συνολικά 10.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 87.500,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 8,75 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.
