Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Μιχάλης Μέλης, Αντιπρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου – μη εκτελεστικό μέλος – της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με τις από 15/10/2025 γνωστοποιήσεις του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 7/10/2025 σε πώληση 1.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 6.320,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 6,30 ευρώ, και την 10/10/2025 σε πώληση 1.000 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 7.305,00 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,30 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.

PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, for the information of the investing public, that Mr. Michalis Melis, Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors – non-executive member – of the Company, pursuant to his notifications to the Company dated 10/15/2025, proceeded on 10/7/2025 with the sale of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 6,320.00 euros and an average price of 6.30 euros per share, and on 10/10/2025 with the sale of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 7,305.00 euros and an average price of 7.30 euros per share, for his own account.
