Η PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES A.E. ανακοινώνει, με βάση τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου για την κατάχρηση της αγοράς, προς ενημέρωση του επενδυτικού κοινού, ότι ο κος Ανδρέας Κιαγιάς, Εκτελεστικό Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και Οικονομικός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας, σύμφωνα με τις από 29/10/2025 γνωστοποιήσεις του προς την Εταιρεία, προέβη την 23/10/2025 σε πώληση 268 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 1.988,56 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,42 ευρώ, και την 24/10/2025 σε πώληση 199 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της Εταιρείας, συνολικής αξίας 1.484,54 ευρώ με μέση τιμή 7,46 ευρώ, για ίδιο λογαριασμό.
