When we have a new vacancy we put out a full description on our website and other relevant platforms, where you can submit your application. We also go through an internal database of suitable candidates that sent us their CVs in the past.

From this point on the process varies depending on the type of job and seniority level, so candidates who meet the requirements are informed by HR about the next steps in the process via email.

The process will typically take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the nature of the skills, traits, and experience required for a given job.

We have all been there, many times. It’s hard and disappointing to not get a shot at the job you are aiming for. You will receive the dreaded “we are sorry to inform you that you where not selected” email from us, because we don’t want to keep you waiting.

However, we will also keep your information at hand, and go through it every time a vacancy that fits your skills and experience comes up. In fact, we urge you to send us your CV every time you update it.

Our spontaneous answer to that is, please do! We will keep it in an active folder which we look at every time we consider candidates for a new job position. And yes, we have selected people from this folder in the past.
